Description - Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Code 0223 intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Sykesville, MD for technical support to rapidly address the maintenance of c ritical systems to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Power Control Systems.
