The procure ment is divided into four parts, where each purchaser makes an independent procurement decision and contract by selecting those that meet the requirements of the request for tenders among the offers, the cheapest in terms of comparison price for its own sub-area. The procurement includes the power transformers with oil and equipment, deliveries from the factory to the foundations specified by the Customer, import, crane, hauling and freight costs
