Description - Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville intends to increase the $160 Million shared contract capacity of the Planning and Programming (P&P) Branch – Planning, Programming and Management Support Archi tecture and Engineering (A-E) Services Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) III without competition. A $98 Million (to $258 Million) total shared capacity is requested to support ongoing operations.
