Description - Description: This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is for bulk transfer of waste and other materials using highway trailers between the Cambridge Waste Management Facility, Waterloo Waste Management Facility and Guelph Organics Waste Processing Fa cility. This contract will also include the bulk transfer of waste and other materials between the Waterloo Transfer Station and the Waterloo Landfill.Estimated total of 5000 loads are transferred between sites per year. The Contractor is required to provide all 53 foot walking floor transfer trailers, tractor-cabs, staff and any and all other items necessary to safely haul the waste from the Cambridge Waste Management Facility to the Waterloo Wa
