2. This RFP is neither an agreement nor an offer by the Authority to the prospective Bidders or
any other person. The purpose of this RFP isto provide interested parties with information that
may be useful to them in making their Bids pursuant to this RFP. This RFP includes

authoritative statement of law. The Authority accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or
otherwise for any interpretationor opinion on law expressed herein.
4. The Authority, its employees and advisors make no representation or warranty and shall have
no liability to any person, including any Bidder under any law, statute, rules or regulations or
tort, principles of restitution or unjust enrichment or otherwise for any loss, damages, cost or
expense which may arise from or be incurred or suffered on account of anything contained in
this RFP or otherwise, including the accuracy, adequacy, correctness, completeness or
reliability of this RFP and any assessment, assumption, statement or information contained
therein or deemed to form part of this RFP or arising in any way from participation in the
Bidding Process.
5. The Authority also accepts no liability of any nature whether resulting from negligence or
otherwise, howsoever caused, arising from reliance of any Bidder upon the statements
contained in this RFP.
6. The Authority may in its absolute discretion priorto the Bid Due Date, but without being under
any obligation to do so, update, amend or supplement the information, assessment or
assumptions contained in this RFP at any time during the Bidding Process.
7. The statements and explanations contained in this RFP are intended to provide a better
understanding to the Bidders about the subject matter of this RFP and should not be
construed or interpreted as limiting in any way or manner the scope of work and obligations
of the Selected Bidder or the Authority’s rights to amend, alter, change, supplement or clarify
