Description - Description: MOW intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy firm to undertake detailed feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, provide tender assistance services to MOW for widening of Riffa Avenue. Existing 2 l ane dual carriageway of Riffa Avenue (from Riffa Clock Tower roundabout to Muasker Highway) should be designed to have minimum 4 lanes through traffic in both directions.
