Description - Description: Production and delivery of meals for children in the CPAS crèche from 01/03/2025 to 29/02/2028 (tacitly renewable from year to year until the end of this contract). This is a crèche approved by the ONE for the reception of 14 children between 0 and 36 months. The crèche is open from Monday to Friday, at least 220 days a year. Food must be of quality, seasonal and produced with respect for the environment and health, while favoring short circuits. All necessary and useful measures to maintain optimal hygiene in the use of equipment for the preparation, cooking and portioning of meals must be taken. The contracting authority reserves the right to visit the meal production sites
