The complex includes: a garden-pa rk, a residential house, a gate, an outbuilding and a stable. The two-story residential house was built in 1886 and was later rebuilt twice. The building, designed by architect Edmund Frick, was completed in the 1910s. The house has a glass facade on the north and a two-story balcony on the south.
