Description - Description: This project looks to create an alternative to the State's housing reforms, to get a better locally based outcome for the Inner West community. A consultant is sought to deliver documentation required by Inner West Council and the Depart ment of Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure (DPHI). Key products are a masterplan that provides equal or greater housing outcomes compared to those that would be delivered under the Transit Oriented Development SEPP (TOD) and Low and Mid-Rise Housing SEPP (LMR) in the same area.DPHI have advised the total theoretical capacity that must be created by revised planning controls in the masterplan over 15 years (i.e., by 2039).
