Description - Description: UConn Health (UCH) will replace the existing roof on Building K located at 263 Farmington Ave. Farmington, CT. Building K roof is approximately 15,500 SF. The main roof is an existing ballasted EPDM roof which will be replaced with an ad hered white EPDM roof. There are several existing skylights which will be replaced or eliminated. The walkway leading to the Building E entrance is an existing EPDM roof with concrete pavers on pedestals which will be replaced with a new design. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of ROOFING to participate in this Prequalification Application.local title:: Prequalification: B
