Description - Description: SCM0007 Contingent Workforce Prequalification Scheme (Scheme) is open to applications at any time from recruitment organisations for the provision of contingent labour to NSW Government (NSWG) and other eligible customers. This Scheme is managed by NSW Procurement and leverages NSWG’s buying power whilst opening up opportunities to small and medium enterprises, regional and boutique suppliers.The objective of this Scheme is to provide a quality contingent workforce that is effectively and efficiently controlled and co-ordinated across NSWG. This Scheme will see the implementation of systems and processes to manage appropriate buying behaviour aligned to NSWG workforce planning
