Description - Description: Øygarden municipality has decided to construct a new middle school at Bildøy. New Fjell middle school shall replace the old Fjell middle school, which is in bad condition. Nye Fjell middle school shall be constructed on the gravel rail way at Bildøy. The school shall be designed for 600 pupils. A strengthened department shall also be constructed for 10 pupils with special needs.
