Description - Description: The U.S. Embassy located in Nassau, The Bahamas requires Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. The Contractor shall perform BAS PM Services as described in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall a lso provide further evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided to the Contractor by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS). The objective of scheduled preventive maintenance is to eliminate system malfunction, breakdown and deterioration.
