Description - The duration of the contract for all lots (preventive and curative maintenance) is set at 24 months from notification of the contract. On-site visits relating to preventive maintenance of the installations will be scheduled in conjunction with the te chnical services of the City. As such, the holder must respect the frequency of visits mentioned in the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (D.P.G.F.) for each lot. The contract may be renewed twice over a period of 12 months for each renewal for all the lots.
