Description - Description: The contract covers the following services: Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, replacement including compliance work and modernization of the Fire Safety Systems (FSS) installations of departmental buildings . The contract also provides for the complete replacement of equipment, particularly as part of a modernization or compliance. The services are broken down into 2 lots: - Lot No. 1: NORTH Sector, with approximately 126 FSS to be maintained in colleges and other departmental buildings; - Lot No. 2: SOUTH Sector, with approximately 129 FSS to be maintained in colleges and other departmental buildings and outside the perimeter: the FSS of buildings
