Description - Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office (PMA-271), intends to issue a firm fixed-price Purchase Order (PO) for the primer of the Leading Trailing Edge Spar (LTES) for one (1) E-6B aircraft under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5.
