Description - Description: The Criminal Sanctions Agency is responsible for the execution of prison sentences and community sanctions, as well as the implementation of pre-trial detention. The Criminal Sanctions Agency currently handles the route-based transport o f prisoners by rail and road.Rail transport will be gradually phased out by August 2026. Rail transport will be replaced by road transport. For this purpose, the Criminal Sanctions Agency will acquire two (2) special vehicles equipped for prisoner transport (hereinafter referred to as buses).
