Description - Description: Choice Housing wishes to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out MEI works at Corkey House, Belfast. The works are listed below and include various repairs to the Corkey House complex in Belfast and are detailed in the ITT d ocumentation and associated Works Information and Site Information. Although there may be some minor variations from property-to-property, in general the scope of refurbishment/improvement works comprise but are not limited to: • Internal alteration works to form 2nr new ensuite bedrooms • The provision of new Choice specification bath/shower rooms (inc. new PVC clad walls and non-slip floor finishes), which will also comply (where possible)
