Description - Description: The contracting authority, also on behalf of the Participating services, wants to conclude an Agreement with one market party that will process the Monostream Tyres and rubber during the term. The ambition is to return all offered Tyres and rubber as a useful application as stated in the waste hierarchy LAP3 (C1, C2 and C3).
