Description - Description: This tender is carried out on behalf of the 8 municipalities (Arnhem, Lingewaard, Montferland, Overbetuwe, Renkum, Rheden, Rozendaal and Zevenaar). The municipality of Arnhem will act as lead partner on behalf of the municipalities.The t ender is divided into the following three lots:1. Processing of the HRA municipality of Arnhem;2. Processing of the HRA Municipalities of Lingewaard, Montferland, Overbetuwe, Renkum, Rheden, Rozendaal and Zevenaar, excluding the municipality of Arnhem;3.
