GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Supply, Installation and Servicing of Fire alarm system for Branches/ ATMs/ Administrative Offices of Kerala Gramin Bank should have a full warranty coverage for at least two years followed by 3 year AMC period after the expiry of warranty period. All documents attached with this RFP, including the specifications are SACROSANCT for considering any offer as complete offer. It is therefore important that RFP Acceptance Letter Annexure ‘B’ which is a written undertaking that all the terms and condition of the RFP are understood and accepted, should be signed and submitted along with the offer. The evaluation of Bids and finalization will be based on documents submitted by the bidders for Kerala Gramin Bank. 3. PRE-BID MEETING A pre-bid meeting of the intending bidders will be held at 3.00 PM hours IST on 21.12.2023 at General Administration Wing, Kerala Gramin Bank, Head Office, KGB Towers, A K Road, Malappuram to clarify any point/doubt raised by them in respect of this RFP. No separate communication will be sent for this meeting. All communications regarding points requiring clarifications and any doubts shall be given in writing to the Assistant General Manager, General Administration Wing, Kerala Gramin Bank, Head Office, KGB Towers, A K Road, Malappuram by the intending bidders before 3.00 PM on 21.12.2023. Authorized representatives of interested bidders shall be present during the scheduled time with authorization letter.
