Description

Interested bidders / parties should submit their bids / tender documents duly signed and
stamped as per two bid systems i.e. Technical Bid as per “Annexure III & IV” and
Financial Bid as per “Annexure – V” separately in two difference sealed envelopes. These
envelops shall be super scribed as “Technical Bid” & “Financial Bid” and put inside a
bigger envelop which shall be super scribed as “Quotation for Construction of Toilet”
and addressed to the Commissioner, CGST & CE, Bhavnagar, Plot No. B-1/67-76, Siddhi
Sadan Building, Narayan Upadhyay Marg, Bhavnagar – 364001.
2. The quotations should be submitted to Administrative Officer or GSO/PRO, Central GST,
HQ, Bhavnagar before the bid submission end date. The bid after stipulated date and time
will not be accepted.
3. For any query or clarification, bidders may contact to the Administrative Officer (Adm
Section), Central GST, HQ, Bhavnagar in office working hours.
4. The quotations should be submitted to this office on or before 16:00 hrs 08.09.2023.
5. Incomplete quotations or bids not accompanied with the required and supporting
documents or quotations not contained in sealed envelope duly super scribed or received
later than stipulated time shall be summarily rejected without assigning any reason and
without any communication.
