Description - Description: Tenders are invited for the supply of emergency accommodation comprising of up to 40 units of one-bedroom accommodation and up to 20 units of two-bedroom accommodation. The emergency accommodation will be used solely by the Council’s H ousing Needs Teams for placement of households in need. The Provider, or Providers, will be expected to provide a responsive service as bookings are often made at short notice, usually on the day an approach to the Council is made for assistance.
