Description - Description: Øygarden municipality has decided to construct a new secondary school at Bildøy. Nye Fjell ungdomskule shall replace the old Fjell youth school, which is in bad condition. Nye Fjell Youth School shall be constructed on the gravel rail way at Bildøy. The school shall be designed for 600 pupils.
