| Description | Scaled quotations arc hereby invited affixed with non-rcfundablc Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and Twenty-Five paisc) only from reputed PWD Registered Firms/Vcndor/Contractors for Aluminium framed particle board partition and Aluminium Grill works at National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam as per the terms & conditions given below which will be received at the office of the Registrar, NLUJA. Assam during office hours up to 01: 30 PM on or before 12-07-2023 and will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM. The Firms or their authorized representative may remain present at the time of opening of the quotations. SI. As per instruction by University authority 2 Aluminium Grill for Window 300 SqFt. Scope of work: 1. Aluminium framed particle board partition and Aluminium Grill works as per instruction by University Authority 2. Aluminium frame thickness should be minimum 1.5 mm. Terms and Conditions: 1. The rates should be quoted against the work and should be inclusive of all GST/taxes applicable at any point of time. 2. The sealed envelope should be bear the following superscription "The Registrar, National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam". 3. The Firm will have to deposit Earnest Money of Rs. 5000/- each in the form of Demand Draft in favour of "Registrar, National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam”. 4. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof. 5. Any deviation from terms and conditions shall invite cancellation of Quotation/Tcnder/Bills etc. and forfeiture of security deposit. |
