Description - Description: The Norwegian Welfare Administration shall procure framework agreements for follow-up services in housing for persons over 18 years. The service is pursuant to the Act on municipal health and welfare services etc. no. 30 of 24.06.2011 § 3-2 nos. 5 and 6. The paramount aim of the service is to provide facilitated follow-up that helps persons master their living conditions and can live safely and well in their own home. The service shall provide uniform follow-up that promotes the users' experience of self-mastering, safety and good quality of life in their own home.
