Description - Description: The Norwegian Environment Agency shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of legal services on behalf of several of the departments subject to the Ministry of Climate and Environment. The following departments are inclu ded: The Norwegian Environment Agency, the Norwegian Polar Institute, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage, the Arts Data Bank, the Meteorological Institute and the Cultural Memorial Fund.
