The Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO) Palawan, through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act – Sub-Allotment Advice (SAA) No. 2024-04-259 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Unit Speedboat for CENRO Coron with ITB No. pal-24-08-092. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2.
