Description - Description: HungaroMet Nonprofit Zrt. uses “Vaisala AS41 AUTOSONDE” type ground equipment for radiosonde upper atmosphere measurements in Budapest and Szeged. These equipment are automatically operating, electromechanical devices using robotic t echnology. They are capable of: - preparing and checking the radiosonde for measurement immediately prior to the measurement, - filling the balloon that delivers the probe into the upper atmosphere with hydrogen gas, - launching the radiosonde-balloon combination at the specified time, - receiving and processing atmospheric data measured by the probe and transmitted in real time by its radio transmitter, - producing the data in a format suitable
