Description - Description: The Vantaa and Kerava Welfare Area (hereinafter referred to as the Welfare Area or the Client) procures services for people with disabilities to be implemented at home and in other operating environments in the Vantaa and Kerava areas an d their neighboring municipalities (Helsinki, Espoo, Järvenpää, Nurmijärvi, Tuusula and Sipoo) from private service providers under the terms and conditions specified in the tender documents.
