Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is the work to convert unoccupied premises into offices located at 36/38 rue Thomas LEMAITRE 92000 NANTERRE. The purpose of this project is to convert unoccupied premises on the ground floor into premises and offices for the Nanterre Local Directorate. The work mainly concerns the envelope (renovation of the facades including exterior joinery and repair of waterproofing), partitions, coverings and technical equipment (VMC, air conditioning, electrical installations and metalwork) and plumbing and sanitation.
