Description - Description: The Ministry of the Interior, for Digitalization and Municipalities of Baden-Württemberg (hereinafter: "client") intends to commission a suitable air rescue service provider in accordance with Section 4 Paragraph 2 of the Emergency Serv ices Act (RDG) to carry out air rescue by means of a service concession. The current procedure concerns the implementation of air rescue with the Christoph Ortenau rescue helicopter (RTH) at a new location on the grounds of Lahr Airport.A negotiated procedure with competitive tendering will be carried out in accordance with Sections 153 and 154 GWB in conjunction with Section 12 KonzVgV and in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 3 and Section 17
