Description - Description: Through this procurement, the client wishes to enter into an agreement with one supplier. The purpose of the agreement is to cover the client's need for emptying and treatment of sludge from separate sewage plants. By separate wastewater facilities is meant facilities that receive sanitary wastewater from residential buildings, cottages, commercial buildings, tourist businesses and the like with discharges that do not normally pass on to municipal treatment plants.
