Description - Description: Ossi Hedman's historical works or other existing literature can be used as a source for the early history. It could be considered that 50-100 pages of the book should be reserved for the first period of the history of the city of Kemi (u ntil the World War). The steering group to be appointed later will discuss the details of the book's content together with the selected service provider in the contract negotiation before the contract is signed.This is an extensive project and the winner of the competition has the right to use subcontractors approved by the client. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the selected service provider will not enter into an employment relations
