Description - The purpose of the contract is to produce the Municipal Journal of local information. This monthly publication is the subject of 11 issues per year and, possibly, special issues or supplements. It generally contains between 44 and 48 pages in a finis hed 21x29.7 cm format. Unless otherwise specified, the contract is referred to in the consultation documents indifferently by the terms "market" or "framework agreement" regardless of the lot concerned. Each lot constitutes a market. Unless otherwise specified, all of the provisions mentioned in the consultation documents apply to all lots.
