Description - Description: In 2023 the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) carried out a pilot internal review of the operations of the bovine TB programme applying Lean principles. DAFM now wishes to move forward with the implementation of the r ecommendations of this review. DAFM is currently in the midst of implementing newly updated structures and operating models in its One Health One Welfare area. DAFM has identified an opportunity to reaffirm the focus of the work within the TB programme underlining quality and an ethos of continuous improvement for the entire organisation including its local RVOs throughout the country.
