Description - This framework agreement concerns the implementation of training actions for Department agents according to the various methods described in the Business Consultation File. The contract is concluded for a maximum duration of one (1) year, renewable f or three ( 3) times from notification of the contract. The renewal is considered accepted if no express decision is taken by the buyer at least two (2) months before the end of the duration of the contract. In accordance with article R. 2112-4 of the Public Order Code, the holder will not be able to refuse the renewal.
