Description - Description: NASA/ARC intends to extend Contract 80ARC021D0001, Project and Engineering Support Services II (PESS II), with Millennium Engineering and Integration Services (MEIS) on a sole source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1 , Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance will be extended for two (2) years, consisting of one twelve (12)-month base period, and one (12)-month option period.
