Description - Description: The contract concerns a project management assistance mission for the installation of combustion turbines in EDM production plants. The services of this contract are divided into two phases, namely a firm phase: including the performance of preliminary studies, the program, design studies and assistance for the award of the works contract (see CCTP) and an optional phase including an assistance mission throughout the works phase. The firm phase will begin as of the notification of the contract to the Contractor. The optional phase may be firmed up by a service order to start the services notified by the Project Owner to the AMO, at least 1 month before the start of the missionsn
