Description - Description This competition is a restricted competition based on a sketch, in application of articles L.2125-1 2° and R.2162-15 to R.2162-22 and R.2162-24 of the Public Procurement Code. The purpose of the application phase is to select 3 candidate s who will be admitted to compete. A public service contract will be awarded to the winner or one of the winners of the competition.
