Description - Description: The purpose of this restricted competition is to put a project manager out to tender on a sketch for the construction of a cultural facility. The project is located on a plot of approximately 5,300 m2 which corresponds to part of the sit e of the former Quartier Français factory, located in the Commune of Sainte-Suzanne. This is a new construction, integrating or reinterpreting the existing heritage elements on the site (chimney, metal hall, etc.). The mission also includes the renovation of the factory's old chimney, listed as a historic monument. The program involves the construction of 1,900 m² SU (approximately 2,500 m² estimated SDP), including artistic practice workshops
