Description - Description: The winner of the restricted competition will be awarded a project management contract for the construction of a school canteen. At the programme stage, the indicative share of the financial envelope allocated to the work is estimated at €2,969,000 excluding VAT (value as of December 2022). The elements entrusted to the Project Management team will be as follows: 1) Basic mission (art. R2431-4 of the CCP): Sketch (ESQ) – Preliminary project studies (APS/APD, building permit file and other town planning authorizations) – Project studies (PRO including DCE) – Assistance provided to the project owner for the award of the works contract(s) (ACT) – VISA – Works Execution
