Description - Realization of the development of public spaces and infrastructures in the Moraines sector (1.6 ha). in Bail Réel Solidaire (BRS), - 26 housing units in free accession, plus 500 m2 of business premises delivered gross, and 221 parking spaces. Varian t required relating to 30 housing units (i.e. a total SP of 7,700 m2) and additional parking spaces. The project management will be responsible for supporting the project management in a response to a call for tenders (firm phase).
