Description - The purpose of this framework agreement is to study, manage and carry out the dismantling of the buildings on the Place de Milan, as well as part of the underground car park located under all the buildings. The concept of dismantling here means the d ismantling of all equipment and materials that can be reused, the decontamination of building structures (lead, asbestos) then their demolition and/or deconstruction, and the management of the waste produced.
