Description - Consultation launched in the restricted call for tenders procedure in application of articles L2124-2 and R2124-2-2° of the Ccp. The Hôtel de Région, built in the 1980s, is poorly insulated, poorly performing environmentally, with numerous technic al bodies and aging interior spaces, requiring major maintenance and renewal work. The project owner wishes to renovate the site by committing to an exemplary approach in terms of energy transition, with ambitious objectives consistent with the regulatory framework and the Region's policy: - 50% reduction in energy consumption; - 50% reduction in carbon emissions.
