Description - Description: The main objective of the operation is to replace the roofs of the north and south workshops. The flat roofs of the central block are not affected by the operation. The new roofs installed must maintain or improve the current supply of e xternal light. The installation of photovoltaic panels on all or part of the new roof of the North workshop is envisaged. As specified in Part IV - Missions of the MOE, the study must provide the technical and financial elements allowing the Project Owner to decide whether or not to carry out this work.
