Description - Description: Presentation of the operation The operation concerns the renovation of the facades and roofs of two buildings of the Arnaud nursery school (Buildings D and E) located on the plan attached to the DCE. Building D is in an advanced state of deterioration due to natural wear of the materials on the facade. There is a risk of materials falling from the facades, which requires regular purging operations. The roofs of both buildings are in poor condition. Some old single-glazed wooden joinery needs to be replaced and painted elements need to be repainted.
