Description - The Water and Sanitation Department (DEA) operates the Ponts de Cé drinking water production plant. The factory's electrical/automation equipment is partially obsolete. Automation and supervision must be renewed, taking into account the cybersecurit y aspect, in order to allow management and monitoring adapted to regulatory requirements in terms of quantity, water quality and energy performance objectives. In view of this operation, the award of a project management contract for the design studies and the management of the works is planned.
