Description - Description: The city of Nogent-sur-Marne has a sports facility at the Stade sous la Lune consisting of a football pitch with synthetic turf and athletics areas with elasto-synthetic surfacing. Numerous defects have been noted on the structures, with subsidence on the football pitch, the track gutter and in the half-moons. The city wishes to be supported as part of a project management mission for the repair of these defects. The contract is divided into 2 phases defined as follows.
