Description - Description: This consultation is organized with a view to awarding the project management contract for the overall thermal renovation of the day school (building D of 4260 m2) at the Lycée Les Lombards in Troyes (10000) including work on:- Repair o f the waterproofing of the roof,- Renovation of the exterior joinery and insulation of the facades,- Treatment of indoor air quality,The work will take place on an occupied site, the project management will propose a project taking this into account.It will pay particular attention to the presence of asbestos materials in the areas affected by the work.The progress of the project management mission includes the following study mission elements: A
